We are looking for adults with disabilities and long-term health conditions to join Old Street Swim Club. We are a community disability swim club that supports adults with disabilities and long-term health conditions in becoming more active in the water. Our club is powered by passionate volunteers dedicated to making a difference in their community.

Our dedicated pool activity sessions provide a space where people can use their time in the water as they wish—improving swimming, working muscles, or simply escaping to a welcoming and engaging environment. Led by friendly volunteers who can work one-on-one with our swimmers, we are dedicated to creating a sense of community—a safe space for members to be sociable, build confidence, and become more active.

Our sessions take place at:
Old Street, Ironmonger Pool on Tuesdays from 7:15 pm to 8:30 pm. All disabilities welcome. All swimming abilities welcome.

“Thank you, WeSwim. You have made a great impact on my mental and physical health, and I am much happier and feel motivated in my everyday life! Thanks so much.” — Laura

“I have lost over a stone in weight.” — Paula

“I’m enjoying being social again. I am inspired to get a lady, get married & have kids. I feel fitter. After my diabetes diagnosis, I barely ever/never exercised. WeSwim inspires me to be active, so very appreciated.” — Bob
